Mental Training
"Training is a relationship between the body and the mind."
Diane Vives
He who wants to become a soccer player trains with a soccer coach, he who wants to become a singer trains with a voice coach, he who wants to work on his physique works with a personal trainer, each of us needs to constantly undergo training. Because it is a matter of repetition that causes us to achieve mastery in a particular field.
Mental training, is essential in every area of life, because everything begins with thoughts that cause a certain action, repeated many times creates a habit in us and it has an effect. Wanting to change any habit, we must be persistent in the face of the forward primal needs of the body. And our thinking is habitual, 95% of our actions are automatized, flowing from the subconscious therefore, the vast majority of the activities we do is a habit repeated over and over again. Some of these habits do not serve our goals, by repeating them we move away from achieving our goals. Added to this are preloaded programs, limiting psychological mechanisms and beliefs that also move us away from realizing our dreams.
In order to get all this under control, organized and in the right direction, it must come to mental training. It is quite popular for athletes to have their own mental coaches, however, it is still rare for people who want to be successful in business or show business to work with their own mental coach.
In the end, each person has the same structure, clear we differ in our growth environment, but each of us has and certainly should have goals that we want to achieve in our lifetime. The more ambitious the goal, the more work it requires, which should be supported by an expert in the area of human mentality, who knows how to support, how to guide in the process of achieving the goal.
