Life coaching
"The art of conversation is listening."
Malcolm Forbes
Many people think that coaching is counseling, nothing could be further from the truth. True masterful coaching is the one in which the Coach listens very carefully and only asks questions of his coachee, which are only the result of what the client says, not an interpretation. Thus, the client gives himself answers that are consistent with the individual truth he carries within himself. For only this wisdom is able to bring out the client's full potential and cause his development to be consistent with his natural resources. It is only by connecting with our natural resources that we grow in fulfillment, that we grow in peace, that this is ours. By accessing these resources, we achieve our greatest successes. A good coach knows how to guide you to the source of these resources.
A good Coach is one who has his wounds well healed, otherwise he could transfer to the client what I myself have unconscious, "pouring salt" on the client's wound. A masterful coach must have extensive knowledge of psychology and neuroscience, so that he himself is free from all psychological mechanisms if only projection, attribution, labeling so that, through lack of competence, he does not play fatal processes that hide in the human subconscious.
The openness and commitment of both parties in the coaching process plays a role like a walker, allowing you to move forward towards the client's goal, with much greater speed and high efficiency, but without the possibility of severe falls.
