He is not interested in your gender, age, wealth, nationality, skin color, whether you have just started your dream job for which you have been preparing for a long time, whether you are a young mother, no even the biggest role in life matters to him.
It comes suddenly, uninvited and imperceptibly takes away what is most important to us, our time, our jobs, our income, our loved ones, part of us and finally our lives.
Each year more than 8million people in the world die from cancer, in Poland cancer kills more than 100,000 people, it is as if a town disappeared from the map (for example, Sopot is 35 thousand inhabitants). Our eyes are now turned to other current diseases and meanwhile, next to cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, cancer is the biggest killer, accounting for almost 30% of all deaths. And these statistics, unfortunately, are not decreasing.
Many of us know that underneath these numbers are the most severe losses and tremendous pain.
Although still not a very fashionable topic, not really catching on in the Instagram fandom, but how important when it touches a life that is never the same again. It becomes our experience, part of our identity.
However, it's prevention that can stop it while it's still in its early stages, as it was in my case. Quite a few people around me, moved by the fact that I was affected by cancer at the age of only 28, stopped for a while, their fast-paced lives, taking time off from work and going for routine checkups.
Right next to prevention, the most important thing is a conscious, healthy lifestyle. That is, what we put into our bodies, what we feed them, whether we nourish them or consciously or unconsciously poison them. In addition to the food we eat and the multichannel chemicals delivered to our bodies through, among other things, inadequate personal hygiene measures, the biggest toxin poisoning our bodies is stress, the worst being the one regularly "dripping". Delivered in various forms, including through a toxic environment, stress-filled, unwanted work, fear-filled thoughts, constant feeding of negative information, constant rehashing of an unloved past or panicky fears about the future.
So living consciously, by making choices about what serves us and what doesn't,
Being in the here and now in love and gratitude and living in harmony with ourselves, with what we really want, is the key to a healthier life.
